Full talk time not provided as per their promotion Call

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

Dear Sir,

I have Mobile No.8881053388 of Tata Docomo. Today I call Tollfree No.52222 today on 01st February 2013 at about 7.30 AM and came to know that full Talk value is available with recharge of Rs.250.00, so I recharge above Mobile Number with Rs.250.00 at 7.50AM, but could get Talk value of Rs.222.50 instead of Rs.250.00.

I call tollfree number 198 for complaint and requested your representative Mr. Irfan to lodge complaint, but he refused to register complaint. I requested him to transfer the call his senior, so he transferred the call to his senior Mr. Prashant. I requested Mr. Prashant regarding less talk value, he also refused to register complaint but noted my Mobile Number with assurance of revert call and credit remaining talk value.
Now they are saying that
Updation of our system and website is under process.
