I ordered an HTC Desire V mobile phone from timtara.com (order number 10381296) on 4th of January 2013, and was promised that it would be delivered before 25 january. It has been near a week over the promised date, and I have not received my product.
Customer care representatives promise delivery as soon as possible and a callback within 24 hours, but nothing happens.
Kindly help me get my order delivered, or get back my money (Rs 13500) from timtara.com
