Non fulfilment of offer

Name of company/service: Vodafone

I have recharged my mobile phone no.9433211584 with a Vodafone’s Promo offer of Rs. 75 on 2nd Dec. 2012, which should enable me to enjoy reduced rate of 35paise per minute of any local call for 90 days. The recharging was confirmed by Vodafone on the same day.
But since 16th January 2013 Vodafone started deducting @60paise per minute of local calls.
Immediately I went to T G Communications at Jadavpur- a Vodafone Mini Store and lodged my complain. On 24th January I contacted them again as no positive action was taken by them. Govinda, one their Customer Service representative noted down my complain in details and assured me of giving me immediate relief, but nothing came through. Once again I contacted the same person on 28th January. In front of me he rang up some one of Vodafone authority and told me that my case is already taken up and soon I am going to receive an ‘sms’ from Vodafone in this respect. With great frustration I like to inform you that till date, no action has been taken by Vodafone authorities. I would request you to kindly arrange to take positive steps to stop Vodafone from cheating its valued customers like me.

    On Monday Saturday the 2nd February 2013 I received a phone call from Vodafone in connection to my complaint that I have posted here. Who assured me of redressing forthwith my grievance. But so far no action has been taken by them to relieve me from paying unnecessarily the higher call charges.
    I would request you to kindly take immediate action to redress my grievance.

    On Saturday the 2nd February 2013 I received a phone call from Vodafone in connection to my complaint that I have posted here. Who assured me of redressing forthwith my grievance. But so far no action has been taken by them to relieve me from paying unnecessarily the higher call charges.

    7th February 2013 I received a phone call from Vodafone. The caller told me that Vodafone does not have any record about my recharging of the Promo and she was doubting about my complain. She wanted me to visit personally the Vodafone shop at South City Mall for further query.
    I am utterly surprised. How can an organization like Vodafone do not care of maintaining properly of the records of services they provide? After the said recharging how Vodafone was initially deducting @ 35 paise per minute of call?
    However,I am reproducing below the SMS I received on 02/12/2012 at 10.17 AM from the no.190(sender’s No.)confirming the recharge of Vodafone’s Promo offer of Rs. 75 (which clearly confirms the recharging)-
    “Rchrg of MRP Rs.70.0 on 2-Dec-12 successful. Tlktime rcvd Rs0.49, STax Rs8.25, AccessFee Rs66.26, New Bal Rs215.25. TransID KO12399675172. Dial *111# for a/c info”

    Hope the above details will help you to redress my grievance and compensate me for the undue loss I have sustaining. I solicit your immediate action and thanking you meanwhile.

    On 11th. February I visited Vodafone Store at South City Mall, Kolkata. I took a token no. 51 at 11:02:09AM. I was attended a person whose name is Reshmi. She once more noted down my complain and assured me of giving me relief,with an intimation to me within a short time.
    But till now I have not received any intimation from Vodafone.
    I would once more request you to look into the matter and arrange to redress my grievance.
