I have placed an online order for the dermaseta mini spa kit on their web site http://www.dermasetaindia.com on 3 jan 2013 (cash on delivery mode) and received product 7 jan 2013 when i open the product in from of delivery boy we found the battery is missing i immediately informed to the no 09023389039 they promised to deliver in next 4 days but till date nothing delivered men while i called so many times but after hearing my name and problem they simply cut my phone. i feel my all money wasted. i want to file police complaint against the company.
