Name of company/service: soper saver plus pack

I got call from above said company on 15th jan 2013 at 11.30 am around saying that on basis of your credit card record your name is selected for 20% discount card n more free vouchers& a pair of lotto shoes and it is free after lot of hesitation I entertained that fellow he asked me to verify my card details & otp on ivrs system. I followed their suggestion. After few minutes I realized that something is going wrong & 6399 was deducted by super saver online from my card and after few minutes I got msg from my bank that amount of 6399 is charged to me. After hours of discussion with that co. They said cancellation policy is not there. We can’t cancel your transaction. I strongly feel this is fraud n not the correct way to take money from customers without their wish. And So please try to help me to give me my credit back and legal action must be taken against this company. And bank should be responsible for sharing our personal/Financial information to such entity
