HOME LOAN

I had applied home loan from HDFC LTD Lohianagar Branch date 26dec12 .my loan amount is 1600000 .I had given processing fee 8989
For
This loan amount after 15days one call I had recieved from HDFC LTD .someone was telling that your homeloan is santion and after few days you would recieved santion latter and email also .i had surprised to see santion latter the loan amount is 1400000 with personal guaranty . I had gone to branch office to remove this condition .He is telling that you should write a application for this and after.3 days he(rohit) inform me but he doesnot do so.after some days I called to mr rohit .he denied to do so.then I call to mr rohit to close my loan application and give me noc and processing fee that I had given for loan amount 16lac.Then
He was telling that HDFC LTD can not return processing fee and noc .And now they donot want to talk .please help me I am helpless .this is openly fraud.
