I had purchased product “Teeth whitening system” from Bhaap.com wide Order No: 100003143 on 20 Sept 2012 & immediately paid ₹798.00 (Seven Hundred Ninety Eight Rupees) through Credit Card.
In spite of multiple reminders even after 4 months, I have still not received the product. I have not even received any communication from Bhaap regarding delivery or refund. They had claimed delivery within 17 days while taking the order.
I think they are taking customer for a ride by ignoring emails even after not delivering the product after 4 months of payment. I think it’s a big online shopping FRAUD going on!!!
