Bajaj JMG Received in Damaged condition

Dear Sir

I purchased a Bajaj Juicer Mixer & Grinder
from Next online store (Next.co.in) on 14.01.2013 bring the order no. 100011366 but I received it in damaged condition same I updated to the company through mail communication on 15.01.2013 &
also provide the pictures & video of the damaged product, they confirm me for replacement on 21.01.2013 for the same &
told me that they are arranging reverse pickup against my order & they will deliver the fresh product after receiving the defective product but till date no one is come to my address for the pickup, so when will they provide pickup after that the defective product will reach to them & then they will deliver my fresh product.
