Dear Concerned,
I would like to draw your attention regarding some pathetic experience with TATA DOCOMO photon+ internet connection that is not at all desirable from a company like TATA. I have purchased photon plus post paid (actually advance paid) broadband internet connection on 28th December’12 and paid 6 months rental in advance as per offered plan(HSIA 4GB@4200 HARP plan). The purpose of this internet connection is to access of official mail when I will be at official tour or at home. After activation of connection I have used approximate 20 day without any hazard. On very important office tour I was out of station from 23rd Jan’13 to 27th Jan’13. On 24th Jan I am tried to connect internet through TATA photon but unable to do so. After lots of efforts when I able to contact customer care executive of TATA photon, they informed me that my connection has been permanently disconnected and unable to informed the reason behind it. Then I have talked with his Team lead and he also give me same feedback. I am repeatedly requesting them to guide me for solution how the connection will activate as I were with customer for important meeting and need very urgent mail access but rowdily he reply he can’t help me and disconnected my call, not even took my complain also. That day and next day(24th & 25th ) hole day I waste my time to call all concern customer care people but all in vain. Nobody can able to say the reason of disconnection and take initiative to activate the connection. This is really horrible experience with TATA docom. I want compensation from the company for lost 2 days time, harassed in front of customer and financial loses.
