Balance deduction message is no provided

Location/place: Ratlam

Name of company/service: Nokia

I have Purchased Nokia Lumia 610 on 17/08/2012 from Moti Mobile Gallery, Ratlam because of an offer of 3G internet is provided by Idea Cellular.
after the purchasing i am facing a problem the balance deduction is not receiving after the disconnecting of call. and there is no option to know the GPRS balance remaining. i had tried to resolve the problem from Nokia service center but they are saying that it is the problem with idea Cellular network.
and Idea Cellular Customer Care is Saying that it is the issue of handset.

Please suggest me what should i do.
