Hi,
My father took a loan by putting lease deed documents of shop as collateral in 2001.
When we approached bank yesterday, then we were shocked to see the condition of lease deed. It had no text, no photograph. Nothing was visible on it.
It is a clear case of mishandling & negligence by bank.I want to seek help of consumer court.
Please help me.
