Dear Sir
My Name is Md Shahid Firoz, and my Docomo Number is 9033003112, I have activated this number on 3 dec’12, on the time of purchasing executive told me about plan , that out going call is unlimited free, and in roaming ,outgoing call will be chargeable 0.1 p /sec, if Tata Docomo/Indicom or Idea network selected on my mobile,no other hidden charges , few days back I was in patna and I used docomo network, but my bill generated and charges
calculated as Re 1/ Min in local and Rs 1.5 / min Std. And I was not aware with this charges , when I write to their customer Care , they are saying only one thing that we are right , neither they provide me right solution, neither they give how they charge Re 1/sec, if in Patna Tata Docomo Network is available i.e that time my network is on net so how and why my cell selected other network , Docomo company also not provide me that which network was selected , if they prove me that they charge actually I will pay the bill, Kindly Solve my problem , Docomo company doing forcefully arguing that they are right , and harassing me . for your information I am attaching the bill, where they charges on the same numer some time in 1p/sec , and some time Re 1/min and 1.5 / min. Kindly check this and solve my problem.
