Sir,
referring to the above subject, i am TB patient since 2011 and getting treatment. i have been taking some medicines prescribed by the doctor. i purchased the medicine from RAJ MADICOS , NH 2, N.I.T Faridabad , Near Lakhani Community Center dated 27th Dec 2012.
Upon receiving the medicine i found that the bottle cover box was absent. so i sent my person back to the chemist again to change the medicine, but he refused to take back and instead he gave some very old box with different Batch no and different expiry date. i sent my person again to the store requesting to change this medicine again as it was about to expire in july 2012 and again he refused. this ordeal was repeated again and again until i thought of opening the box, to my agony i found that all the medicines were different or had changed their color, I already am taking those medicines since last two and half years. i again sent my person to the store to replace and again he was refused and sent back saying they will not replace it.
Please look into the matter and take necessary action ASAP
