Every month i recharged with 1499 or 999 packages for 15GB or 10GB respectively…and according to mts this should ensure me the best speed of-course not 3.2 Mbps but at-least 1.5 mbps ..but what i get is less then 200 kbps often, and somehow the 15GB data doesn’t last more then 20 days…i rarely downloaded any big software online complained to Customer care several times but they always pretend to have server issues, so can’t track our data. My signal bar always shown full connection, but the speed i get never crosses 200 or 300kbps why..isn’t it a criminal offense to fool us and thieving our hard earned money. Please suggest me if you have no technical ability to provide good services i should opt for another better one instead of wasting my money. Also selfcare.mtsindia.in is simply useless seems developed by term end project done by students. Also my balance always shows 0..whether i recharge 1 day ago or just an hour. Isn’t it pathetic?
