Amount deducted by Reliance GSM Raj.

Location/place: Rewari

I have GSM Reliance Raj. sim yesterday evening they deducted 5 rs. for VAS Saregama WAP. I didn’t asked for this service at all. Even though my number 07877038048. Is also registered in complete DND service.
Calling once to the CC they said our system is undergone up gradation, Today after even calling in morning for 10 min. still the CC is busy. I want my 5 rs back. & the matter is not of 5 rs. this is the matter of the faith how they had deducted amount without my intervention & DND service. Sounds Pathetic.
