Hi i hjave made a purchase of 600/- fro justshecosmetics.com, as they promised for deleivery eithin 5 days but it is 8 days now i have not received my order.
Problem is that they have not provided any contact detail so that a customer did followup.
They have provided a email i which they are not reverting back and a international phone no which is wrong.
Now i have no source of followup and i have paid mnoney online already and not even received my stuff.
now what did i do???????
I have their email record for order confirmation and a email record of world bank transaction.
please help me out…..
