CUSTOMER HARRASMENT AND FRAUD.

Location/place: new delhi

Name of company/service: ms teleservices pvt ltd.

I’ve received a call on my tata indicom fone and the person otherside asked me to opt plan and then i opted for it. Their field boy came to me i’ve paid him rs.500 and he said we’ll activate this plan within a week but after 1month of no reply from their side…i decided to not to opt for such plan because of their poor service. After dat the said the’ll return the money which i gave them…i’ve given them money in june2012 and now its oct2012 till now i’ve not received any amount. I’ve called them thousand times..visted their office 4 times. I m verry frustrated and don’t kno what to do.
