defective mobile from service center

Name of company/service: htc mobile india

i have purchase HTC INCREDIBLE S mobile on 10 dec 2011 and it has got problem.after contacting costumer care i submitted handset to htc care at raipur and after 15 days also handset is not repaired properly and handed back so i have to resubmit the handset and still there is no response from company. after contacting costumer care they say do what ever u want to do..

i here want a brand new handset since it company fault and keep me waiting for more than 25 days.
