got no releaving and experience letter after payin settlement amount

Hi,

My complain is against IT company Microland.

Let me discribe my story in short.

I didnt serve the notice period so I got letter from company to pay 4656 for settlement and I paid the amount after that sent me a settlement letter mentioning ebsconding.

I want to know after paying the amount I should aligable to get experience and releaving not ebsconding letter.

I did several mails but got no revert. They sent me only one revert that according to company policy they can provide me only this.

But tell me whats the use of that letter, it ll impact my negative impression. after paying the amount, i did full and final and paid all my dues but still that sent me that useless setlement letter.

I should get exp and releaving letter from company.

Please sugest what should I do..
