i had purchased the ayurvedic product saptarishi metaslim after watching a tv advertisement claiming that it helps in reducing excess fat through a herbal oil massage and an ayurvedic drink mixture there was also a promise of 15 days money back guarantee if i was not satisfied with the product within 10 days of using the product it didnt meet up to its claims therefore i wanted to return the product therefore i called up the customer care reporting them my grievances about the product and and my wish to get my money back and to return the product, They advised me to send it via courier. I sent that packet via courier to them. Now they called me up and advised that they have received the packet on 16th days therefore, they will not give me the money back.

When I have ordered the product that incase you feel that product is not good enough then we should call to the customer care within 15 days and prduct will be returned.

I have dispatched the packet from here on 10th day itself and also let them know that product has been returned.

Then they advised that money will be returned in fifteen days,

Now they called me up and advised that they have received the package on 16th day and they will not give the money back.

Now Customer care are not picking up the call.
