I had purchased an enhanced model of eureka forbes RO machine on 17/9/2011 and had renewed the AMC on 10/9/2012 by paying 3880 Rs. The machine was installed in my kitchen by the eureka forbes plumbers itself. on 27/09/2012, the machine collapsed on the kitchen floor due to loose fixation by the plumbers. The service person from eureka forbes came for inspection and acknowledged the fact that the company is liable to replace the broken parts and had promised to return with the new part on 28th. Henceforth, we have called the service center number of times but they are not providing us service and now not even receiving our calls. Please help. What should i do?
