SHOPPING HOME INDIA.COM – FAKE ONLINE SHOPPING COMPANY

Name of company/service: SHOPPING HOME INDIA- AIRE BRA

Me and my mother got this from a online shopping website company called- SHOPPING HOME INDIA. The website is :

The website claims that they will give 3 bras for RS. 2795. and in 3 colors. Before i ordered i called the company and told them i want all 3 black- the boy said OK, But i got 2 white and only 1 black. Then i checked on the website that they are offering 3 different colors. i did not get all colors, neither did i get what i asked for. I told them the normal bra size i wear and the boy told me to buy the large size. It is so loose for me. I confirmed with him that if it is big or small, i will return it and get the exact size. Now that i have wrong size, i am calling them, but they are not helping. The boy i spoke to has left the company- or thats what i have been told. his name is Zubair.
Now i am stuck with wrong size. I dont know what to so. I have wasted my money as i have got duped and cheated by this stupid online company. I dont know how to get my money back.
Please somebody try to help me. Can the consumer court help me in any matter. Please request.

    I cannot agree more with you Suhani! I also understand what you must have gone through as i have gone through the same ordeal! I also was a victim of CHEATING by this stupid FRAUD company and website calles SHOPPING HOME INDIA. I also got AIRE BRA- it was of a dirty synthetic material- so but obvious it is FAKE. i have friends who have bought the same product- AIRE BRA but from other company- and theirs is such a good product- it fits them so well … but mine… is a total waste of money. I am so cheated. It is a delhi based company selling FAKE products. Their customer care is so silly that they dont have any information about anything. Each one is a Manager in their company- No customer service at all. They are all CHEATERS in this company.
    I will advice everyone never to get anything from this FRAUD company. I lost my money and i would not want anyone else to lose theirs.

    Similar case happened with me. My husband ordered Aire Bra for me from SHOPPING HOME INDIA.COM. It was a gift from his side on my birthday. Unfortunately once i opened the package, it was very disappointing. The color box was already torn and the bra’s seemed used. I mean this is the limit. How can once sell used bra? Height of all. All 3 were of different sizes. The name on the site mentioned Aire Bra (same which is on TV) but the box had the name of Ahh Bra. My husband ordering something and he got something else only. The Cusotmer care line of this company is always busy. This is a clear case of fraud and cheating. Fortunately my husband is aa laywer. we have already started finding out about this bogus company and are in full preparation of sending them a lawsuit. i would like to caution other customer to NEVER EVER order ANYTHING from this company. If you have also experienced something like this with this or any other company, please feel free to express as it will only make other customers aware and save them some money.

    Suhani, Ritika & Namrata- i understand what you are going through- as even me have been cheated by the same fraud company- SHOPPING HOME INDIA. I also buy the airee bras from them but it was so bad. i am so unhappy. it was made of cotton which was very thin. The website they say that it is very god spendex, but i got a thin cotton. and i think it was used one. because 2 came in packing, one come without packing. why i got used bra. i told them by calling them so many times. they say that i am fake customer! can u believe that. i want to take this stupid company SHOPPING HOME INDIA in the court and sue them. Can this platform help me and many other customers .

    Yes. All the abovee coments are true. Even i ordered AIRE BRA from SHOPPING HOME INDIA . COM. I ordered for a small size and paid them through credit card. They told me they will send the small aire bra in 3-4 days. after 2 weeks, i called them- and to surprise, they had forgotton to send me my product even after the money came in their bank acount. This is ridiculous. Then after 1 month i got my aire bra- and that too it was wrong size- they sent me XL size. and it is not aire bra- they sent me a cotton sports bra set of 2! that is not what i paid Rs. 2795 for! They are Cheater company. I called them to tell them, the customer care agent told me that i am lying and doing time pass. Is this the way to treat a customer? how can a customer lie? do u think we people have so much time that we will do time pass- and in this manner? these companies should be banned from India. They are only cheating and making fools of people. I want my meny back- i dont want a FAKE aire bra.

    I think there is some kind of a scam going on here. I know atleast 5 other people who have bought products from http://shoppinghomeindia.com/ and are repenting their decision as they have got cheated and the products are fake and sub standard quality. I was about to order AIRE BRA from http://shoppinghomeindia.com/ but now after reading all your comments and reviews about the people i know who have been cheated by SHOPPING HOME INDIA, I have decided not to buy anything from them . I feel sorry for all of you. But thanks for bringing this out in the open and exposing such fraud companies.

    Please never trust this Web site.Totally Scam. I lost Rs 24999 on s6 mobile.which the site did not sent and after that I asked for refund 2 month has passed I did not get my money back. All contact number(8743967461) of the site have been disconnected. No reply.Indiahomes hoppers, ekartPay.Com
