This complaint is with regards to my data card (9972483491). I had connectivity issue since august 2nd and i have been calling them for resolution below are my ticket numbers , every time i call they collect the information and handover a ticket number without any solution . i was unable to use the data card because of the connectivity issue . now today 27th of august i called them again and finally i dont know what they did ..it is working …but my concern now is why should i pay the rental for something which i have not used and that to because of service provider issue ? they expect me to pay the rental from 2nd to 27th august ?
