Asking payment without service

Name of company/service: Tata docomo photon plus

Hello,
This is my account number 909568430 & recently i received a legal notice and is one more torture for me , I replied to your all emails for payment and explained the issues i faced to email ids [email protected] (on 30 july) & couple of your executive emails long back. i have all details in my sent email .
When your executive called for payment i had asked for detailed explanation about my complaints and personal visit & complaints at your office at kormangala and issues faced & attempted by you & solved and data usage in whole six month and later . When your executive called for payment they said six month time service provider is different company and later on is another company and i requested them to listen my issues they said tell us your stories and we don’t have much time to talk . this is the response . I am very busy person and why should i pay the money for no service . Now i took this as personal , want to fight even if i lose more money from my pocket .
Kindly advice me where i have to give a written complaint in consumer court in Bangalore and fight for this issue.

Hello Sir,
I was using Tata Photon + from tata docomo . I had purchased data card for six month by paying 5000 rupees in advance and after 4 month the data card was not detecting then i went and complained to them they did not rectify my problem . after so many visits that is almost month later they gave old data card and they also promised that they will wave off and extend my validity , it worked for 3 days with full speed and later it has come down to 0.1% of the speed . i logged a complaint against the speed issues at their service center , They said it will work fine after 15 days , but finally it was stopped .
I did not use for six month for which i bought Tata photon card ,After six month they sent couple of bills and now they are threatening me to pay the bills .
