I have applied for a broadband connection and Fixed Telephone line through online at BSNL office HAL 2nd stage Indranagar Bangalore on 03/08/2012 by submitting application forms and all required proofs along with a registration fee of Rs.500 to Mr Sayad – +918277008578. I was promised to get connection within a week . Its already nearing a month but i didn’t get any response from any of the BSNL person and Sayad . Whenever i call him,he says you will get connection tomorrow, if u call tomorrow either switch off or he dont attend the calls. i called customer care but no use i visited BSNL office 5 to 6 times nobody knows about my application and they say wait for Sayad, our system is not updated, u come tomorrow or u ll get connection by today same thing repeats till now. how much i need to struggle to get bsnl connection …? that too in IT city bangalore…
