No balance received

Location/place: 42 Maheshmati, PO + Dist – Malda, Pin – 732101, WB

I have recharged on 15th august with Rs. 550 (Uninor, mobile No 8536040892) but no balance received till date. Though I have lodged complain 3 times but no result come out. Last complain No is 1-32977361384 Plz look into this matter today itself. Trx Id: 1173059330,
