wrong deduction/recharge

Location/place: Silvassa

Name of company/service: Tata docomo (GSM prepay)

I recharged my no. 8460342604 with Rs. 60 on 20.08.2012 at 08:35 PM by normal top up and i got a message that your STV voucher has been successful and i did’nt get balance in main account. In this regard i called to customer care 198 but they did’nt responsible for that becoz acording them i have been recharged by special voucher but this is not true i rechared a normal top up.
once again i recharged on this no. with 50 Rs. on 26.05.2012 at evening and got a message that this is not a valid amount voucher. again i try to recharge Rs. 30 but once again i got a same message as above i wrote ” Your STV recharge has been succesfull and again i did’nt get any balance in my account.

i earn 200/- Rs with 10 Hours hardworking and network provider theft my balance.

so plz do something i jst want that return my balance Rs. 90 on my main account.

    Kindly be informed that as per our records we found that number is permanently disconnected due to non submission of documents. Hence, kindly request you to visit the nearest Tata office in this regard
