Amrit Consulatncy Cheating in the name of Giving Jobs

Name of company/service: Amrit Consultancy services

Amrit Consultancy services, Sealdah,Kolkata(Ph no:9830733743) is cheating people in the name of giving jobs. They are collecting money for giving jobs. They clooected Rs. 3000 from my Brother Swarup Chatterjee(Ph no:9231839346) in mid June and assured Permanent Job in any company around Rishra,WB, from June 23rd. They gave a phone number of agent Mr. Anil Dubey(Ph no:7797232060)who is harassing for 2 months now and has threatened now on questing that he wont give any job and he has enough contacts to save himself from fraud. The office or another office bearer Chandan Banerjee(Ph no:9051032858) is unable to provide any explanation and just shouldering the responsibility on each other.

Need justice on this.
