I am a postpaid customer of the vodafone. My billing date for the monthly usage is 5th of the month. My outgoing facility was barred on 11th july 2012 due to crossing the credit limit of Rs.1000/- and the bill charged for the usage was Rs. 2600/-. I contacted to the customer care for so many times and visited vodafone store to know and get the usage details but none of them was able to provide me the same. They were just asking me to pay the billed amount of Rs.2600/-. I asked them if I had used this just show me the usage details before payment. But, by default their system is such that it doesnt provide facility to generate the usage details before billing date. So, I didnt paid that for the month and had no use of service as my outgoing was barred for whole month( monthly rent is RS. 125/- for the plan). I received billing details by email on 8th aug.2012. I found that the bill was tremendous as the bill shows that I have used vodafone live and charges for that are Rs. 2234/-. But, I am using Samsung mobile(Model- GT1252) which is very simple mobile without GPRS facilities. And, if I am its user so I know I havent used Vodafone live at all. So, kindly guide me how to proceed this complaint and suggestions regarding this.
