MY IFB WASHING MACHINE COMPLAINT NO.9247952 DT. 20.7.2012 IS NOT BEING ATTENDED INSPITE OF REGULAR CONTACT WITH THEIR CUSTOMER CARE, FRANCHISE PARTNER AND COMPANY’S OFFICE IN OKHLA. THE COMPANY IS REFUTING THE CLAIM OF FREE REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PARTS OF THE MACHINE UNDER WARRANTY. THE COMPANY IS TRYING TO USE TACTICS BY SAYING THAT THE MACHINE WAS MISHANDLED AND THE CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY CHARGES FOR DAMAGED PARTS WHILE THE MACHINE IS UNDER WARRANTY. THOUGH EARLIER MENTIONED BY ONE OF MY OFFICE COLLEAGUES THAT THE AFTER SALES SERVICE OF IFB IS POOR, NOW IT IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, WHICH I AM SHARING WITH OTHERS THROUGH THIS PORTAL.
