Dear Sir/Madame,

I am Kishore R Joshi, resident of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. I had bought a Samsung Galaxy S Plus Mobile (Model – GT I90001, Serial No – RHKBB39578X) with IMEI No 357160047041737 on 19-Feb-2012 from Vashi.
From last 3 months I was observing that there is some Audio problem due to which I was unable to hear clear volume from the headphones provided along with my mobile phone.
Rgarding the same I had visited a Samsung sevice – M/s Vashi Sevices, Sh No. 29 & 30, Shiv Centre, Sec-17, Navi Mumbai – 400703.
Service Centre Code – 0003279438.
I had submitted my mobile with the Bill No 4134015132 stating that Ear phone Jack is faulty. They also told me the the same will be replaced & I will get my mobile back on 06-July-2012. After calling them I came to know that they have ordered the Ear phone jack, but not received it. They are also not telling me when I will get my Mobile.
I want to lodge a complain against this Service centre as they are not able to repair my mobile and also not telling me when they will give me back
