I am writing to express my frustrations with a recent experience, from last 25 Days 3G services was not working on my Sim card so, I called No. of time to the customer care center every time they give me a different ans however none of the ans worked for me at last one of customer care executive said your Airtel Sim is old one you need to change that, couple of days before I changed that as well but that didn’t worked for me again. Once again I called customer care center this time they have different excuse that your 3g settings have not been set from our technical department so he logged my complaint and said the issue will get resolve within 1 day. It is already been 3 days and the issue is still there moreover not i am not even able to send or receive the messages. I do not understand what is the reason behind this but this is very disappointing for me as a Airtel customer. I am using this airtel no from last 4 years.
