3G Data Plan inactive

Location/place: Near DLW, Varanasi

Name of company/service: Vodafone

First I have rec received incorrect bill for My 3G Data Plan no. 7379113222 in UP(E). Instead of special corporate plan of Rs. 600/- plus taxes, it was billed for Rs. 850/- plus taxes. It was changed but no credit was extended for past 3 months excess charges. The services to this no. has been discontinued abruptly since 18th June’2013 without any information. Even after payment of bills on 26th June,2013, the services have not been restored due to one Vodafone officer got offended by a written complaint to the nodal officer, Lucknow. I am waiting patiently and giving them time before I should formally approach suitable higher authority or CONSUMER court.
