I went to gurgaon (HARYANA NCR) for training where I paid a PG(paying Guest) for accommodation.The PG owner asked Advance of 7000 Rs.I paid him and he told he will refund at the time of leaving the PG.

We vacated at the end of three months.When asked for advance he said he will transfer it on 10th of next month.Not believing him I asked for a PD(Post Dated) cheque .He refused at first, as we forced him to give.he reluctantly gave one .

When we came back to chennai to encash. the Bank authorities say that the account was closed.
I could not reach him over phone as he always rejects the call and I dont know what to do..
