From the past two or more months I’ve been calling their customer care regarding network issues. The issue has never been solved. No indoor network coverage where I live (vijayanagar, b’lore). They just transfer to a supervisor and I’m promised to get a cal back from the back end team within 24 hrs which I’ve never got till now. They just say there is no problem with their network in the area. One personnel even told me “it’s your house problem madam there is no problem with our network”. What pathetic service they’re providing. They tel their cc personnel to tel same things everytime ” please change your phone and check if network is available, change it to manual mode/automatic mode network selection”. I’m very disappointed with the network and service. They call themselves no.1 network. I’m a loyal customer since a few years service seems to be just degrading.
