I received a call on 19 april,2013 (from the number 8447790639) at 11 am in my mob no 9088016197 from a person claiming to be an police of kashmiri gate -Delhi police. My friend and relatives also got the same call . He threatened me to arrest. He was explaining about the case they have filed against me . He gave me a mob no(09717615648) to talk about this matter .i called the person. He asked me to deposit Rs 25,000/ due to bill due of mob no 9088016198.
Later I called to kashmiri gate police station in Delhi and found that nobody has called me from there. I have understood that it was false call from recovery agents
When I searched the issue on internet I found the similar cases of harrasment by recovery agent. This is such a cheap way to treat the consumers and their privacy. They have no ground to recover the bill due like this.
