2 years delay in allotting residential apartment

Name of company/service: Unitech Ltd

I booked a Unitech apartment at “Capella” greater Noida in Sep 2008. They assured possession in 36 months. However, Unitech scrapped this project and swapped this apartment with another one at ‘Habitat’ Greater Noida with assurance of possession by Mar 2012. This too is delayed to perhaps 2014. I asked Unitech to refund my entire money (about Rs 65L) with interest. There is no response except for offereing me yet another swap which is not acceptible to me.

Communications to Mr. Sanjay Chandra and Ajay Chandra, of Sep 2012, have gone to deaf ears (as usual with Unitech).

I request help in getting my refund.
