Dear Sir/ Madam,
our consignor booked consignment against docket no. 494228102 for Jai Balaji Plastics Raipur consist of 90mm Screw (wooden box) and barrel (Loose) on 14.01.2013. On same date he also booked consignment against docket no. 494228089 for Shree Ram Plastics Firozabad consist of 100mm screw(wooden box) and barrel (Loose) at gati kwe transport service. he mention details on both the consignment with proper name and destination. still Gati kwe booking branch mixed our material and send both the wooden box to Firozabad and both loose barrel send to Raipur. Even after bearing very high rate for fast delivery our we are not get material in time and lost our huge production. Although any regret they charge the same amount from us. After paying hire charges also we are not get material on time then why should pay for same.Please guide me.our parcle reach at branch on 29.01.2013 after 10 days from assure date. and they ask to pay 12800/- from us. For the time being we paid the amount as my machine is stuck up. so please guide me how to recover the same amount from Gati.
