Name of company/service: sanyo (panasonic)

i had purchased 32 inc sanyo LED, after 6 month it started creating problem, but service company don’t get it repaired, when it stop working completely, service company took my TV with them, now after ’16 days also they are saying that parts are not available, and that it is not in our hand’ they are simply waiting for our warranty period to get finished.
