I have tried to extend my validity by special recharge of rs. 49/- For period of 365 days through sbi net banking on 05/06/12 for my phone no. 9424294515. Though my account has been debited by same amount, they have neither recharged yet despite 3 attempts through paytm cash where they refunded the money to nor the money is refunded even after 5 attempts of ordering refund to my account.
The sbi reference through which the payment has been made as disclosed in my sbi account is – cca12fhxh727iga9919506 transfer to 30993845637 avenues india privateltd.
Necessary action may please be taken to ensure this fraud is brought to book.
It is really ridiculous. The amount of rs. 49/- That was transferred through net banking on 5/6/12 is neither recharged even after 3 attempts nor is transferred back to my account even after going to paytm cash page and ordering refund to bank about 5 times – only message disclosed is “your paytm cash refund is initiated” – but in reality nothing is happening……… isn’t this a fraud and why not it should be brought to book?
