what is this going on..why should we suffer for reduced message limit..is was not our fault for tht mishap in assam they why do govt banned on messages unnecessarily…it is not right they will have to start it as early as possible..they should search for the targeting reasons for violence not by doing such cheap acts by banning messages for which common persons have to suffer…
