My ticekt number is 124633. Etechies has provided a wrong repair for my laptop. They took 1075 and after daignostics told hard disk has bad sector and has to be replaced. New Hard Disk cost – Rs 4500. I took back my laptop and just formatted it and issue got resolved. There was no hard disk issue. They are deducting 500 Rs for this wrong repair. I request a full refund. I have lost 200 GB important data.
