1 month service two time bill

I have call from connect company (Connect/Videocon), speaking Rekha madam and asked new connection with and extra charges only one month advance rent, i paid one month rent advance and i used new connection for one month and company give me one month bil again and force me to pay the bill, i complaint on customer care three time but problem not solve, i visit connect company office and service centre 2 time but problem not solve. Rekha madam called me again for new sim, i am show the problem, madam said i am asked to true condition for new connection, but my sir and company get wrong with you, i do not help you, you complaint the company on customer care. and end the call, now connect company call me and asked that court complaint against you, fine Rs.5000.
