i bought a product zync z999 plus from snapdeal .com. order no. 647966682. date 23.7.2012.. when i received this product.. it has manufacturing fault such as.battery not charging..automatic screen runs all time.. when i use regular way…automatic shutdown…i was compalain against the order or i rewerswe the order on 26.7.2012.. complain no. is..791829.. now i want refund my money…but they are replacing this…now what to do .. i dont have much idea…plz do something…against the snapdeal.com… bcoz this is fraud…
