zync 909 plus problems galore

I HAVE PURCHASED A Z 909 PLUS MODEL TABLET IN DELHI AND FACING A
PROBLEM THAT IS NOT BEING SOLVED BY YOUR TECHNICAL TEAM FOR THE LAST SEVEN DAYS.
IT IS A LONG TIME I AM MAKING
CALLS TO YOUR NOIDA SERVICE CENTER, BUT OF NO USE (YOUR RECORDS CAN BE CHECKED).
KINDLY GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED AT THE EARLIEST, TO AVOID A DENT TO THE BRAND NAME
OF ZYNC.

S/NO. GWZY909PLUS0182 PURCHASED ON 16 MAY, 2012, FROM BANSAL STANMART, SHAKARPUR,DELHI

THE PROBLEM

THE ISSUE IS THAT WHEN AFTER INSTALLING AN APP FROM THE ANDROID MARKET, I MOVE
IT TO THE SD CARD, ALL IS OK AND THE APP RUNS NICELY.

BUT ON RESTARTING THE TABLET, THE SD CARD SHOWS THE APP AS NOT INSTALLED AND
THE STANDARD ANDROID THUMBNAIL REPLACES THE APPS ORIGINAL THUMBNAIL.
ONLY SOME TRACES IN KBs ARE LEFT OVER ,INSTEAD OF THE ORIGINAL ‘FEW MBs’ FILE.

ANOTHER PROBLEM IS THAT THE SYSTEM DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE EXTERNAL SD CARD AT VARIOUS TIMES.

ZYNC DOES NOT SEEM TO HAVE SOLUTIONS.
