I have You broadband internet connection from last 2 year’s and they have cheated for twice yet!! Firstly i updated my net plan with 5000rs which included 1 yr unlimited net usage with free WiFi router of rs1650…They refused to provide me free router after a week on reason of change of policy!!! they said now we dont provide any free router with that plan!! Then on next recharge date they assured me 2 months free extension in my plan so i again updated my plan for 6 months on expense of 2778rs but this time also they didnt provided me any extension in plan!!! They had given me written assurance of extension on receipt but its not implemented yet!!! Now i want to disconnect connection forever and want cashback of my last recharge amount 2778rs…My account number in you broadband is 644242… plz help me…
