Not yet received item ordered on 11th Dec, 2014, done pre-pay

Hi,

I want to complain against Snapdeal.com. I have ordered a trimmer on pre-pay.
Order id : 3932090865
Order Placed On : 2014-12-11 12:58:22
Item name : Philips QT4011 Trimmer Black.
Product code : 5278585538
Estimated date of delivery 1 : 19th Dec, 2014
Estimated date of delivery 2 : 25th Dec, 2104

I have not yet received the order. i have call around 20 times to snapdeal. every time i call their call centre, i get a response that i will be getting the order on estimated date of delivery. tried contacting the courier service but their number that snapdeal has provided doesn’t work.
I don’t know what to do? I am not going to cancel the order. because it snot about 1400rs, but about customer service and service provided by Snapdeal.com.
Its like fooling the customer and their trust.
Please help.
