I bought a samsung refregarator of 28000/- on 20 th october 2014 from Great Eastern, Dalhousie showroom. They promised to deliver the freezer by the date of 21st october. Today is 28th, still I got no responce from the company. Such a poor performance by them. My bill no. is – B8SA141519354
I want the #consumerforum to cocern the company of such delayed delivery and services and to solve this matter with iron hands as early as possible.
