Dear Sir,
I am Raman Sapra, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at KRBL Limited, India Gate Basmati Rice. I have purchased the HTC Desire C Phone 1 Day back Now I am suffering because of this phone. FM Radio is not working. If i stretch this wire then it is working its voice is not at all clear. No customer care person is responding that what is the problem. In the last 4 calls at the number 18002663566. They are just telling the non-sense answers just replying sorry sorry and nothing else. They are now requesting to visit to Customer care. I paid Rs. 12,300 for the phone and now after 1 day customer care persons are requesting me to spend my time and efforts and to spoil my mood on these un-necessary issues. If you guys can come to my home to repair the phone then it would be ok. otherwise i am going to the appellate authority or to the Consumer Court.
