i booked a car on dated 18 may 2012 from PADAM MOTERS PVT LTD , Add – 182/2, Industrial area , Phase – 1 , chandigarh and Booking amount Rs.50k submeet to Chevrolet Beat ( Padam moter Chandigarh ) on dated 11 june by cash to Mr. Dhiraj – 7508180909 for LT Base model Beat car. i cancel my booked car due loan not approved by Hdfc Bank on dated 26 june 2012. Mr. Dhiraj ( On the behalf of Padam moter Chandigarh ) he said me booked amount will b refund with in one week . But now he ( Mr. Dhiraj ) not responce my request ,, now he is saying your booking amount will be refund next month ( July ) WHY ?? . After that i request to his senior Mr. …….. 9216888635 , he is also always telling me pls call back me after 30 mnts ( for updation ) from last 5 days . but now he is also not attainding my call for the same .
